Shipping & Return Policy

1. With our efficient logistics partners, we strive to ensure that your purchased electronics are promptly shipped and reach you within a reasonable timeframe of 2-7 days from the date of purchase.

2. We have the capability to ship products to almost any address within India (international shipping is subject to additional charges). Please note that certain products are subject to compliance norms and restrictions. The choice of courier partner and shipping method is determined based on the products in the package.

3. Upon placing an order, we will provide you with estimated shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the validation process and procedures will be explained to you over the phone. Only upon acceptance, COD orders will be shipped. It's important to note that COD availability in the destination PIN Code is a requirement.

4. Most products are shipped by air without any shipping charges. However, please be aware that the shipping method (by road or by air) depends on the specific item being shipped and its weight.

6. You have the right to initiate a return for the product you have purchased from our website within 7 days from the day you received the product. We appreciate it if you provide us with the reason for the return (applicable for direct customer purchases).

7. For bulk purchases, resellers, and B2B customers, the return period is 3 days from the date of delivery. All other conditions remain the same.

8. A refund will only be issued if the product is returned to us in its original condition, including all accessories and with the correct invoice. Once the condition of the returned product is checked and found to be acceptable, you will be reimbursed within 7 working days.

9. The cost of return shipping is to be borne by the individual or business customer.
