Our efficient refund process ensures that once your return is approved, the refund will be processed in a timely manner, typically taking 8-10 days for the funds to be transferred to your bank account.

The product purchased from Cutech India can be returned within the specified return window mentioned on the product detail page, only in the following situations: if the product is damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or differs from the description mentioned on the product detail page on the Cutech India website.

Customers can request a replacement unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. If the received product is damaged or has missing parts/accessories, the Cutech India team will contact the customer to verify the details before issuing a replacement.

If the received product is different from the description mentioned on the product detail page, the Cutech India team will arrange for a pickup from the customer's registered location and proceed with the requested replacement.

For defective products, the resolution process will depend on the following conditions:

For mobiles, tablets, cameras, accessories, kitchen, and wellness products, the resolution will be based on the report from the brand technician.

For desktops and laptops, the Cutech India team will guide the customer and connect them with the brand for online troubleshooting. The resolution will be provided based on the brand technician's report.

For large appliances and products eligible for home service, the Cutech India team will schedule a technician's visit to the customer's registered location, and the resolution will be based on the technician's report.

Replacement will only be processed under the following conditions:

The product was not damaged while in the customer's possession.

The product is not different from the original shipment.

The product is returned in its original condition, including the brand/manufacturer box, intact MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and all in-the-box accessories.

For products where the applicable refund or return window has expired, the product will be repaired according to the brand's warranty terms.

In the case of digital products that can store data, the customer must ensure that all personal information is removed from the device before initiating the return or replacement. Cutech India will not be liable for any loss, misuse, or use of such information.

The product will not be eligible for return in cases of buyer's remorse, including change of mind or incorrect product/model/color ordered. If "Non-Returnable or Non-Replaceable" is mentioned on the product detail page, the product will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds will be processed within 2 working days after the product is received by Cutech India. The applicable refund window may vary, typically ranging from 7 to 8 working days, depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase.

Free gifts will not be eligible for return and will not be covered under any warranty.

The Cutech India Return/Replacement policy applies to purchases made from Cutech India stores or the Cutech India website.

Products collected by the customer from a store and reported as damaged will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Due to hygiene reasons, personal care products will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Cutech India reserves the right to change, amend, or modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court at Delhi.
